Who You Are

Experience & Skills:

• Bachelor’s (Preferred)
• Roofing: 5 years (Preferred)
• Management Experience: 3 years (Preferred)
• Management experience of individuals and subcontractors.
• Experience in Solar Technology.
• Knowledge of roofing, siding, gutter and window systems.
• Knowledge of possible defects in above systems and effective corrective measures.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work together with others to achieve goals.
• Ability to explain inspection results and required corrections both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to relate well to the public, vendors, and employees at all levels.
• Valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check.

What You’ll Do

Responsibilities:

• Managing a team of Project Managers and Coordinators
• Managing the customer experience during installation
• Reporting on profitability, team performance and key metrics
• Managing subcontractor performance.
• Vetting and hiring new subcontractors.
• Inspecting and overseeing roofing, siding, window, and deck projects.
• Ability to prepare and review scope of work and change orders.
• Ensure that all work is installed in accordance with contract documents.
• Assist in resolving construction issues to maintain productivity.
• Provide face to face communication with customers.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to climb ladders, work at heights up to 3 stories
• Standing and walking on roofs
• Lift up to 75 pounds
